There are plenty of treatments for bad breath available. However, most of the traditional treatments for bad breath don’t work because they don’t tackle the main culprit of the problem.
The main culprit is the odor causing bacteria inside your mouth. Once you learn how to eliminate this odor causing bacteria the less bad breath you’ll experience as a result.
One way to eliminate the odor causing bacteria responsible for your bad breath is to drink some green tea. This herbal tea contains powerful anti-bacterial properties that will immeediately go to work eliminating the bacteria leading to your mouth smelling less than pleasant. You can make this tea by steeping the green tea leaves in a cup of boiling water for at least 5 minutes.
Another remdy for bad breath involves drinking a baking soda solution. To make this solution simply mix a tablespoon of baking soda with a cup of warm water and allow it to dissolve. Once the baking soda it mixed properly begin drinking it as it is to eliminate the bacteria in your mouth.
You can also drink fenugreek tea to help eliminate the odor causing bacteria in your mouth. You want to steep the fenugreek leaves in a cup of boiling water for about 5 minutes and drink it once it cools down.
